Sergey Dzhedzhera founded Sacramento Injury Law Group with a simple conviction: injured people deserve a lawyer who knows their name, returns their calls, and fights their case personally.

Licensed by the State Bar of California — authorized to practice in all California state courts — and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Sergey represents clients in vehicle accident, wrongful death, premises liability, and other personal injury matters throughout California. He handles every case on contingency — clients pay nothing unless the firm recovers compensation for them.

Before practicing law, Sergey served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, specializing as a 35M Human Intelligence Collector and completing two deployments to Afghanistan, where he conducted source operations and interrogations. That training — asking the right questions, reading people, and staying composed under pressure — is exactly what he brings to the negotiating table when insurance companies try to pay less than a case is worth.
